Keep It Private Keep It Private or KIP is a Windows Service and a MCE Plugin that allows to keep any media (video and pictures) file private. In order to access your private pictures or videos you can activate the plug in from the Windows Media Center Interface, it will ask for the parental code, if the parental code is correct then KIP will give you access to your private stuff. Once the MCE session is closed, KIP will secure the files again by deny access to them. KIP is very use full if you are sharing a Media Center Extender with your kids. KIP also work with a non-MCE Windows Machines.

KIP can work from inside MCE or standalone in a WinXP machine. It protects your private folders in your computer so that no other user have access to it, not even you, by providing your Parental PIN you can gain momentary access to your files. The files will become protected if you log off or if your computer is restarted. Ideal if you need to share a computer with your kids.
